"Anything negative I have to say is outweighed by the very kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond for us. Be aware that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms - coming from a cold climate country, this renders the main kitchen and living room area intolerably hot. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we had a medical emergency that could’ve been handled better. The staff needs to be more educated, trained and prepared for situations like this. We wasted the first couple hours of emergency by being misguided about clinics in the vicinity. "

Second stay

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."
