"A cozy cottage with a well-stocked kitchen, spotless bedsheets and towels, and an inviting outdoor area. We couldn't make use of the patio furniture due to the weather, but did enjoy the view and the sounds of the rushing water. The large covered porch came in very handy as we could still sit outside and use the barbeque while it rained. We appreciated having chopped wood on hand for the stove, and also the Ontario Parks permit. We did manage to go hiking in Arrowhead one of the days. Thank you...

"Liz is a wonderful host, very consistent in communication. The vrbo property is a bit out of cellular range, and the cottage doesn’t have wifi so very good to truly disconnect from the electronic world. We caught fish everyday, enjoyed some bbq and were able to enjoy our long weekend away thoroughly. On cold winter days the wood stove (and plentifully supplied wood) keeps the house cosy, and the vast glass front to the cottage allows one to feel you are sitting in the woods. "Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed access to the canoe and kayaks, fishing off the dock and some local public spots as well! The Rover dome was a quiet, tranquil place for some quality time together and r&r!"
