5/5 Excellent
"I was surprised to find out how family friendly the resort was. I was always under the impression that it was business and adult oriented. While the property was clean the temperature was kept on the cool side in public areas. The shower curtain in our room was inadequate for the job being too short to keep the water in the tub when showering . Overall the rooms were comfortable but average and perhaps over priced at $300 a night when you include resort fees and taxes. We dined in three if their establishments the Eclipse dinning room has an excellent hot buffet but is on the expensive side. The Compass bar and grill was casual and the food was very flavourful but it was obvious the kitchen is some distance away as it was warm not hot. The Antler Steak House was delightful and obviously the pride of the resort. The food was delicious but again the prices were on the high side about $150 per person plus taxes and tip. Mind you we did each eat appetizers ( shared the shrimp trio and a salad), fillet mignon as a main and tow desserts with wine and appretiff. It was possible to dine off. If a price fixe menu while we were there for $80 per person. We just chose steak instead."
