We loved the fireplace and house layout. One bathroom becomes an issue at times. "The house and property were beautiful. The perfect winter Vermont weekend getaway we were looking for. Sledding for the kids and wood stove to keep cozy by. A couple of issues we had were two smoke detectors chirping low battery as soon as we arrived, and while the house did seem clean, there was evidence of rodent nesting in the kitchen. "I spent three nights at this unit with my sisters and mom. It was the perfect size for us. It’s located only minutes from downtown Littleton and very easy to/from 93 and surrounding communities. The building itself is quite unique, it looks like a large barn/garage. On both ends, and encompassing the second floor, are two units (15a & 15b). "The house is lovely, spacious and clean. The wood stove throws excellent heat. The doors and windows are on the older side, and we felt that when it was 6 degrees this morning and it took a while for the heat to catch up. Would stay again, maybe not in another blizzard "
