Positives: free parking, check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and the area was really quiet. The shower had good water pressure, and the room was nicely lit. Room has a mini-fridge and coffee maker. There’s a nice heated pool (didn’t use it). Areas that could be improved: breakfast was a bit disappointing; soiled bed cover; room didn’t have a full-body mirror; shower was quite small, felt a bit cramped; far from any walkable restaurants, had to drive out to grab some dinner.

Booked a queen room. Charged for a queen room. Given a full. My husbands 6'2" 200lbs im 5'3" 120. Very uncomfortable bed. Bathroom shower smaller than a phone booth. Door locked on me. I was stuck in the lieu for 20 min. Until my husband came back with coffee.breakfast was cereal. At night someone was tapping on the windows and doors.

This property is literally the worst they don’t value the money of the customer at all they do fake promises and want money for free even when the customer is doing due diligence and informing them regularly if any issues at check in booking this property was a huge mistake

Would not stay again! Cheap room furnishings and bed, tiny uncomfortable bathroom, all for higher room rental cost. Could hear everything in next room. Woken up by loose outdoor attachments. Very disappointed.

We loved the location near Franconia Notch State Park. The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable but overall a great place to stay.

Staff/owners were very kind and welcoming upon arrival. Room was clean, but very dated. Chipped furniture and paint that needed to be replaced. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
