"The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. "Photos of the property were true to the state of the property. The only thing I noticed was the furniture could have used dusting in the living room. Other than that I felt it was a very nice property for the price and location. Very easy to find and close to main attractions. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the home was super clean. Our yorkie loved the fenced in backyard and it was so nice to sit out there with her and rock in the rocking chairs. We couldn’t get over how quiet it was. The host was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the Smokies. "

"No complaints except for the second floor bedroom. The door didn’t have a way to latch shut nor did it cover the whole door opening. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was great!"

"This cabin is beautiful and easy to get to.The balconies are perfect, great hot tub, everything is set up nicely. Pool table, air hockey, and pac man in basement. No heat in basement game room or bedrooms- you have to keep upstairs door open to get heat- we bought electric blankets for ones staying down there. Internet does not reach to basement.
