"Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located to the Kelowna airport, friendly staff, is pet friendly and has a nice restaurant on site. The room/bathroom were clean, comfortable bed, room safe, small fridge, coffee and water are available in the room. The restaurant does not have room service per se, but one can order and pick up at the front desk. "

"We returned from dinner, passed the front desk person, walked to the elevator where people had called for it. We all waited. Summoned the elevator again and again and yet it didn’t come. Went to the front desk around the corner and said “the elevator isn’t coming to the lobby” He replied, “ya, it’s broken” As we had waited for several minutes, no sign indicating that it was not working, and he couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that as we entered the lobby. Me have stayed many many times over the years. They renovations and disruptions. But since new management and front desk staff, it has soured our desire to ever stay again. We will not stay there again. This is not the first problem we’ve had, but it will be the last. "
