"The house was very clean and checkin was easy. Nicely supplied. The water was very low at the Lake so could not get close. Beautiful view at the beach, not able to see the Lake view from house but it was a very short walk. Meet a deer on my way to see the sunrise, she just stood there and we were like that for a few seconds! Great pics of the sunrise and full moon over Lake Huron, which is why we choose the house. Cute place and had everything we needed!"

"Doing a little autumn tour of the thumb area. Cottage was just what we needed: plenty of space, pleasant setting, comfortable bed and furnishings, newly redone kitchen & bathroom. We were able to relax and visit the area. Would recommend."

"It was a great get away weekend for us. The beach access was great, beautiful sunrise photos! 60% sand, 40% rocks. The house was perfect for us. Cozy, senior-pet and toddler friendly because it only had a few steps. Nothing fancy about the house, but that’s what we wanted. Could use some renovations (outlet in kitchen didn’t totally work, window A/C unit, new pull-out bed couch) Overall, reminded me of the old hunting cabins turned rentals we would stay in way up north. There is a master bedroom...

"Great common area and dining table, plenty of room for the adults to visit and the children to play. Love all the natural light, could of done without the fire station across the street when the little ones were sleeping. Overall, the place worked very well for what we needed."

"Everything was as described or better. The condition of the property was excellent even after a full summer season. The interior was well appointed and spotless. The location was great for tours up and down the Thumb coast. The fall colors were excellent, if not peak close to it. Enjoyed just sitting on the beach and patio watching sunrises and moon rises over the lake. Would definitely do this property again."
