"Lovely welcome and great information gained to us - very friendly staff indeed and they do really have a busy job catering to everyone’s needs and different languages as well. We had pizza in the evening and it was lovely for a good price. Very close to Europa Park and they have a shuttle bus to it as well."

"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "Theme hotel very impressive. Good comfy rooms. Lovely hot swimming pool ! Word of warning the steam room / sauna area area naked zones- which i didn’t use as i would want to have my swimming costume on. "
