"​This property looks exactly as stated in the descriptions, as well as in the photos. The space is well thought out and amazing. We came in to visit our son who goes to SUNY Potsdam. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed many of the outdoor amenities. We invited his friends over to enjoy a home-cooked meal, to play some pickleball, and to make smores! I also find that each time I come up ( this might be my 6th stay) she has added some other improvement or decorative touch. "Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...
