"Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Food good and fresh too. We also saw a Golden Monkey there too. Nb. Worth noting that the laundry service doesnā€™t include ironing/pressing."

"All the staff were very nice and warm and made us feel very welcomed. Starting from the manager, Kai, who checked us in and explained everything about the property to us, to the service staff who brought us water, the staff who started the fire in our room and the the waiter who served us during the meals. Small touches like cleaning up our boots and loaning us the gaiters. Chef coming out to ask what we liked. Really appreciate Ed"

"We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana šŸ˜Š. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked šŸ˜Š. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend "

"This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...
