"Great place to stay if you are flying in late. For first time overseas travellers it was great to be able to be collected and dropped off at the airport by their courtesy bus. Staff were very helpful at check in and on the bus."

"Easy to use the yellow bus from the airport. Comfortable room for a night’s stay. They were kind to let me stay a little past check out time since my flight wasn’t until later in the day. "

"The process from the airport to pickup zone is a 4-5 minute walk. However the lane for pick up in the courtesy van was confusing . The other hotel van drivers showed me the correct place to stand and wait. It is 5 lanes across from the footpath. Each lane is not numbered. The van driver and check in persn was very friendly and check in was easy. Room is large, bed very comfortable. Shower over bath ok, but at some point could do with upgrade - some older people could struggle. Breakfast was really good quality and plentiful . The coffee is fresh bre in a jug. An automated coffe machine would be a lovely addition for the breakfast area for those who like their specialty coffee. The only thing to improve would be the tub chairs in the waiting area in reception. The group i sat at were dirty on the arms and badly freyed. An easy fix , as there were plenty of chairs to rotate, but more hygenic to have wipeable chairs when it is flu season as stuffing poking through. All in all at $185 for queen bed and full breakfast this was a good deal compared to novotel and pullman at more than double the price."

"Our nature themed room was lovely. Clean room with good wifi. Access to a strip mall right beside with laundry, cafe, grocery, and liquor store. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs as well as a vending machine in the lobby for any needed snacks or drinks at night. Would stay again."
