"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. "Really helpful staff, especially for the lady at the reception desk (young, brown hair, large smile). We asked for extra pillows and ahe went to get them right away and came back with a huge smile. The location is perfect, near all the main landmarks. The room was well equippdd and cozy. I would go there again."
