"Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and VERY nice staff. Don't think there's air conditioning here although there are radiators for heating. That wasn't an issue for us when we were there but not sure if it would be in the summer months."

"Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "
