There were a few issues with the room (named Bamboo) that I felt were not indicative of a 5-star hotel. Things like: 1. Plug socket next to bed faulty so I was unable to plug something in. 2. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. "We were only there one night during Storm Darragh so didnt use the restaurant or bar, so can only comment on the room which was very nice with a lovely bathroom and great shower. Bed was really comfortable also 👍 9/10."
