"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast...

"We enjoyed using the spa facilities in the morning, although we would have also liked to use them in the evening but they closed about 8pm I think. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking. "

"Really nice Hotel & Spa. Very nice spacious suite. Even though slightly dated it was very comfortable. The Spa facilities very good. Had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Looking to stay there again at some point in the future"
