"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. "It was too expensive for what was provided. I made the huge mistake of booking through Expedia. I originally did so to get my visa not knowing it was non refundable. When I realized I was paying twice what I should have I tried to cancel and the hotel refused to cancel without penalty. "Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet."

"Customer loyalty is lacking . I come regularly to your hotel and since I have to travel overnight and arrive early few hours before the checking , I have never once been offered breakfast nor a hot drink when you know your customer has had a tiring journey . You stuck to your policy ‘as one checks in at 12 you don’t qualify for a breakfast ! This for me is poor customer loyalty ! "
