"Overall, my stay was good. My room and the common areas were rather chilly, probably owing to the loss of natural gas from Russia, but the situation did not cause any concern for me. My room and the common areas were clean, but the elevators could use some cleaning. The breakfast buffet provides a good selection. The property is within walking distance of the Hamburg Hbf and a U-Bahn station, making driving unnecessary."

"This place is perfect for a family or group holiday : big rooms, perfect wifi, price OK. Enough choices in the neighborhood for breakfast/dining. Close to public transport. I was travelling for business and therefore the hotel was not so suited for me. But I should have payed more attention when booking = my fault. Staff very friendly and helpful ! "

"Specifically asked for bottom bunk, got a top one, made of very light gushed steel. As I climbed it, aacim a big man it all tipped over and crashed to floor on top of me I received mild concussion.
