"Great property, but pay attention to room size at booking & arrival. The first night we arrived late due to flight delays… they put us in the small version of the room we paid for. I contacted the front desk the next day and pointed out we booked the 1066 square ft. King Beach house suite, but at check-in we were put in a room 400 sq feet smaller & didn’t have a full kitchen. I paid more for the larger room! They did switch us, but no credit for the first night, and required to say something!"

At any point if we asked can we have this or that the answer was always " of course you can". Being from the Gulf Coast it was wonderful to have never heard the phrase " No Englis" while we were there. We are already planning our next get away there. "
