"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way. It is another hour’s walk from the route so we were grateful to Simon for picking us up and dropping us off the next morning, for a small fee. Comfortable room. We ate dinner at the Old Station, a short walk away, which was very good. Good breakfast."

"Very good location for seeing the sights of the Highlands Only one very minor suggestion and that is to change the smoke alarm nearest the kitchen, it would trigger even with lightly done toast, no smoke or burning, I'm guessing someone has had an issue with this before as I pushed the button on the detector trying to reset/quiten it but the whole thing fell away from the ceiling, it is held in there with tissue paper wrapped around the screws, not great for safety as it runs on mains power, no big deal and nothing to complain about, typing it here as I had no response to and email I had sent with another question so not sure the email address in the details is monitored"

"We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us! "

"This B & B was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The breakfast options were generous and a delicious way to begin a busy day in the highlands. Proprietors were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local area dining and making sure we were comfortable. A great stay overall!"

"Huge thanks to Eileen for hosting us in this cozy, very clean and well equipped cabin. Very peaceful place situated away from main road, and with spectacular views. I've never enjoyed my morning coffees so much before. It's located just 11 miles from Fort William, and if you fancy climbing Ben Nevis, it's just over 12 miles to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre, or just 9 miles to the North Face car park for Ben Nevis via CMD Arete route. We'll definitely consider staying at The Posh Bothy again, next time we're in Scottish Highlands."
