"This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area."

"This charming home was lovely for our visit to the Catskill Mountains. The stream is right outside the door and the hot tub was relaxing. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and other essentials. There are good local restaurants five minutes away in the town Phoenicia."

"This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! In fact, there were so many mouse droppings everywhere I was startled! I spotted them on the couches, in the bathroom. But especially concerning and completely gross was to spot them in the...
