"The staff at the hotel were very friendly, nice, helpful. We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to our room, then met us at the door to hold open the door so we could unload our luggage without struggling with the door. The bed was firm, but perfect for us! Overall the room was comfortable. We noticed a few issues that needed to be fixed and pointed them out to the staff. "The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The rooms, building and furniture are old and small but comfortable for me. This is a budget place to stay so in some sense you get what you pay for. I've stayed here several times and never had any significant issues or problems. I'm not a big fan of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker. It's a very basic place to stay when you're trying not to spend too much."

"Fantastic week in a beautiful home. This home has everything you could possibly need. Quiet cove on the lake, canoe, SUP, jacuzzi, ping pong table and a Blackstone grill. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We ate out at Brookland Eats, Buoys and Aunt Millie's all were wonderful.
