"The room was great and more than we expected. We stayed when we flew in because our flight was late and then we stayed again leaving Dallas because we had to be at the airport at 5am. The shuttle was great and the driver very nice. What the listing didn’t say is that the shuttle does not run after 11pm. The desk clerk was very helpful and asked me to keep him posted as our flight was scheduled to land at 10:35. Fortunately, the flight was a little early & luggage was fast. The driver was able to get us and be at the hotel by 11. They were very accommodating at the hotel."

"The Joule was a pure dream. I didn’t want to leave the property. From the moment we arrived, we received 5-star treatment. The staff was super friendly, the property was extremely clean, and the room was immaculate!! The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown which was convenient to a lot of attractions and nightlife. This is definitely my go-to hotel when I visit Dallas. "
