The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. "The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece...

"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops.
