"Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. "Nous avons été renversés par le domaine où nous avons séjourné! Celui-ci est situé dans le splendide village de Leivi à flan de montagne. Nous avons adoré prendre notre repas du soir sur la terrasse exceptionnelle qui surplombe la vallée… un paysage à couper le souffle. Et quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner sous le vieux lilas! Le gîte est vraiment sympathique et nous n’avons rien à redire, si ce n’est que d’en profiter si vous avez la chance!"

"The people are kind, but the accomodation was far from clean. About everything felt not clean and sticky. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken. On top of that there was a wasp's nest in the attick, close to the second bed. All things considered we desided to leave."

You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"
