"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...

"Communication was very good. Property was clean and well-maintained. Proximity to beach was outstanding. It's approx. 1/2 mile to train station, and taxis, if you can find one, are not very interested in transporting you (even though we had a traveler with an injury). Plan ahead."

"If you want to experience an authentic Ligurian stay, then this property is it. You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. The owners are very gracious and efficient. The amenities are cozy and comfortable. You are literally between Portofino and Cinque Terre, without being in a touristy area. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). "Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits à la Casa Rosa. L’appartement tout rénové est confortable. Il manque peut être quelques petits équipements comme une passoire ou des bols. Par contre, il n’y avait pas de prise de recharge pour voiture électrique alors que nous l’avions choisi aussi pour cela. Dommage."
