The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. "Booked here and did not realize that this is a sort of apartment off the main property of a lager hotel. Room was super hot and they would not turn on air conditioning (even though room temp 85 degrees F) because it was April. We left it to stay in the main hotel which was awesome but cost 200 more euros per night. That place was awesome. "

"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station. "
