"Beautiful, comfortable cottage on Lake Champlain with incredible view of sunsets! Although small, we spent most of our time on the screened porch (when we weren’t golfing). All over very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious outside shower (very private) was amazing especially since we had 90F heat wave! All in all our 5 day stay was wonderful, thanks Dave! "We enjoyed our time in this cottage so much last spring that we booked it again for this spring. The cottage is minutes away from the Missisquoi National Wildlife Reserve and Lake Champlain boat launch. There is so much to do here and it’s perfect for people who enjoy fishing, kayaking, birding, or walking nature trails. The cottage was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. We’ll be back."

"It was quiet and clean, though the bathroom attached to my room had a faint lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Other than that, my stay here was perfect "

"The Point Au Roche Lodge was everything that it promised and more. The rooms were beautiful and it was very appreciated that it was dog-friendly. It was very dog-friendly, with borders between outside porches for privacy and a specific potty area clearly identified. The price for the off-season was incredibly reasonable. One of the beds in our room was broken, but I doubt the property had been made aware of it, as it had been scrabbled back together to look like it was fine, until we laid on it and it's leg collapsed along a broken joint. While our room was great, there was a family that stayed there who were loud and in the kitchen all hours of the day and night and a door in our room led straight down to the common area kitchen, so we heard them all night. Again, not the property's fault and we could have just as easily gone into the kitchen to say something respectfully to the family. All in all, I was very impressed with the accomodations, the property and its vicinity to the Point Au Roche State Park. Will definitely stay here again in the off-season."

"We would like to come back next year. The house worked perfectly for us. WE loved the area, the Maple Festival, all the restaurants we tried and everyone was so incredibly friendly. We would like to make this weekend an annual event. We did not want to leave....."
