"The cabin was awesome, the property is beautiful. Mike was super cool, let us use the golf cart, brought the kayaks to the water for us, and let us use his firewood. We cooked, kayaked, ran around with the dog, looked for arrowheads, stargazed, watched deer from the porch. It was perfect. "

"Wonderful property. The home is thoughtfully furnished for a family getaway. Kitchen is nicely stocked beyond the normal pots and pans, there was a highchair for the baby, dish soaps, spices for cooking, coffee filters, most anything you would need. An abundance of games in the home to keep the family entertained. The beach club was an absolute dream, it was beautiful and we frequently had it to ourselves. Hosts were attentive if you had any questions, and there were nice touches like...

"Great back deck and large yard. Close to a bar and grill is you need not cook. Easy access to lake and many local venues."

"We had 3 couples coming to Austin to see Monte Warden and the Dangerous Few at Parker's Jazz Club. We want to see the band, some of the wine country and have a great weekend. The house worked perfectly for 3 couples. We were convenient to Autin and the wine country. The house was well appointed and we easily were able to cook and serve a meal. PLUS"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute and cozy. Everything was as described and we felt like we were hidden from view. The mattress could have been a little softer but that is just a personal preference. Marcia was very hospitable and responsive to questions. Would definitely like to return!"

"I love everything about this cabin, but I had one major problem. I was staying there when temperatures were freezing. There was not enough hot water to fill the wonderful jet tub. The reason I booked this cabin was because of the tub. The owner was responsive and understanding of the problem, but it still took about three hours to fill the tub. I discovered the tub was leaking water so I rigged something to help with that."

"Had a great time. This place was great to get away too. Peaceful. I was only sad that there was no coffee pot or pods for the luring. So make sure to bring the proper supplies! "

"We stayed here for 4 nights with family and my son's college roommates celebrating his 21st birthday & a bit of R&R before FINALS. The home was very nice and spacious. We were able to grill & cook in the home. The "kids" went to explore a few trails. Unfortunately the temperature dropped & it rained a great deal so we were not able to head to the water as planned. I would recommend the host & their home! We are hoping to return upon next semesters "drop off""
