"Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend to be within easy drive or Pedernales State Park, Balcones Wildlife Refuge and the local wineries in the area. As the review title states....this experience was a mixed bag. I can't say there was good and bad, rather there was good and somewhat frustrating......but not bad.
