"Had a very comfortable 2 week stay.This apartment has everything you could need and is very spacious. 5 minutes walk to bars and shops and within half an hour there are many beautiful beaches which were all pretty much deserted. Really useful to have the basement parking as general parking in Concarneau looked a bit of a nightmare. Lovely sea view but the balcony and its furniture needs a little tlc. It looks over the main square which I thought might be noisy at night but the bedrooms are in the back and perfectly quiet. "Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
