"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

"When you enter the building and open the door of the appartement , you are happy to find such a good place . Very clean and with all that you need. Vue on Concarneau from windows is beautiful. Easy to park your car in the garage . Perfect stay in a perfect central place in Concarneau . "

"An excellent location and perfect for children right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, cycling and exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather so the children loved swimming, playing in the sand and watching the many paddle boarders and windsurfers, right from the little terrace/ garden. "Tolle Lage, wie beschrieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt. Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse wurden modernisiert und waren bequem. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen und möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen. "
