There are two pubs within walking distance which serve fantastic food: Coledale inn and Royal Oak. "Room 2 is cozy and comfortable. Both room and ensuite were very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is cooked to order and our hosts were very friendly and informative. We got a chance to join in the feeding of the owls, visit the rabbit hutch, talk with the parrot and pet the dogs. The place is a little sanctuary for animals of all types.
