"All the above rated with 5 stars, such as cleanliness, staff friendliness, etc. were fine! But the public transport service from that location unfortunately is comparatively poor: A bus leaves once per hour. The next city train station is 10 min. walk away. With hurting feet and a day of conference and fair behind one it is a challenge to get there...esp. the return because that's slightly uphill. Otherwise: Recommended!"

"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"

"Tidy hotel, crisp rooms, quiet location. Very convenient to trains, buses, and the town nearby. Not as swanky as other Pullman's, and the breakfast room is too small for the crowd, but excellent buffet selection and good service. Will be back. "
