Everything thing was perfect, except for the hotel parking it is always full and I had an electric car which I couldn’t charge. Noting that in electrical cars using the spots.

Nice hotel
Room was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located if wanting to spend time at the outlet. My only issue is that we arrived on a Sunday, so expected the shops to be closed. However, due to a special event the shops were open, which meant there was no parking available. I would have liked to hotel to have advised us about the special event, as we had let them know we were arriving by car and needed a car spot.

Nice hotel but was a long way to get to our room. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t let us know there was a major shopping event on so we couldn’t get any parking anywhere near the hotel and had to wait until after 7 to park. Especially not happy as we’d asked about parking before arriving.

Conveniently located for shopping at outlet city metzingen, but walls are very thin. You hear everything from your neighbors. Small rooms. As for the rest hotel is ok

An extremely average hotel with NO change of linen and towel or for that matter anything. Was told to come and collect from the lobby. A 1 * hotel but extraordinary location for shopping inside the Metzingen outlet .

The hotel had some convenient features, such as underground parking for 10 Euros per night and a charging station for electric vehicles. However, there were some drawbacks to my stay: The breakfast was expensive at 19 Euros, with a very limited selection. One frustrating feature was the automatic lights near the foot of the bed. These lights could be triggered easily, for example, if a pillow fell on the floor, disrupting your sleep by turning on unexpectedly.

Actually I havent seem 1 Marriott group hitel service is so bad. 1. no clear information for carpark. 2. No telephone inside the guest room . if any emergency, who should I call? 3. No slipper provide. 4. I don't expect Marriott group hotel can provide so un standard breakfast. How csn hotle charge us a expensive breakfast charge.

The best location for outlet shopping. The room is small but not uncomfortable. The facilities are good, clean, and the staff service is good. There is no mini fridge/electric kettle/slippers/safe. The hotel room is quiet, the bed and blanket are clean and comfortable. The shower room is also clean and the shower water pressure is strong. The hotel has an underground parking lot. Because it is shared with the outlet parking lot, the parking staff did not allow us to enter the parking lot at first and told us to find another parking lot because the parking lot was full. (From the beginning, we told the parking staff that we had a reservation at Moxy Hotel, but he does not allow us to enter the parking lot. We went to other parking lots several times but there was no space, so we went back to the hotel parking lot. We told him (the same parking staff) again. We told him that we had a reservation Moxy Hotel and contacted the hotel staff, and finally we were able to enter the parking lot. There were many parking spaces in the parking lot. I don't understand why they did not allow us to enter the parking lot at first. Because we had a reservation at the hotel, I think it is right to park in the hotel's underground parking lot. It took us a lot of time to find a parking space during this process.) The parking lot is large and sufficient. If you stay at the hotel you can get -50% discount on parking (10€/24 hours).

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, die Zimmer klein aber angenehm. Leider gibt es immer wieder Gäste, die mitten in der Nacht laut auf den Fluren unterwegs sind. Das stört die Nachtruhe leider sehr.

Eine der schwächsten Unterkünfte wo ich bisher übernachtet habe. Kein Housekeeping jeden Tag obwohl es als Hotel vermarktetet wird. Meinem Wunsch trotzdem das Zimmer durch House Keeping zu machen wurde nicht nachgekommen. Dies wurde mit dem hippen und nachhaltigen Hotelkonzept begründet. Für mich ein Ding zw Co-Living und AirBnB. Hotelparkplätze sind nicht Hotelgästen vorbehalten. Das führt an geschäftigen Shopping-Wochenenden dazu dass alle Parkplätze durch Shopper belegt sind und man sein Auto weit weg vom Hotel parken muss. Rezeption hat dazu nur Achselzucken übrig. Mir wurde im Empfangsbereich die Jacke gestohlen. Auf Nachfragen zu der beworbenen Videoüberwachung nur der Hinweid dass diese jetzt schon seit über einem Jahr nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt ein miserables Erlebnis.
