Our home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with a spacious deck connecting the dining, lounge, and kitchen areas. Ideal for entertaining, it provides ample seating both inside and out.

Just a 30 second walk to the lakefront and bordered by a scenic stream, Zodiac Bay is a peaceful retreat. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore Rotorua, this quiet, no-exit street ensures a restful stay.

Upstairs:

The backyard offers direct access to the scenic Waiowhiro trout stream, perfect for walks to the lakeside reserve. We provide three complimentary kayaks for your use on the lake.

The deck has a BBQ, and there’s plenty of space on the lawn for kids to play. Stay connected with high-speed internet and a smart TV, and stay warm with two heat pumps, gas heating, and heated bathroom floors.

** This family home is in a quiet residential area, so respectful behavior is required. No parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am **
