"Love staying here, as I come down to Hamilton a lot for work. The room is always tidy and clean. The cleaning staff that are there during the day are lovely and approachable. The manager is always kind and helpful when giving me my room details. Will always recommend Avon Apartments to friends and family when they need a place to stay, as they have different size rooms available for all your travel needs. The one thing that I wish they had more of is carparks. For the most part you can usually get a park on the property but sometimes when it’s really busy, all 5 carparks have been taken which is the only con to staying at the Avon Apartments. I understand that it might be 1 carpark per room, which is fine for me when I travel alone, but other people might take 2, leaving no where to park for me. Otherwise Avon Apartments is amazing! 10/10 overall 😊😊"

"Convenient location to local shopping, city center, public transport and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the room clean and sufficient. The only kitchen amenities were a mini fridge, kettle, glasses, a couple spoons and tea/coffee. Was a challenge to prepare own meals. Off road parking was safe & convenient to rooms. I would stay here again."

"Old style appartment,but clean,tidy and spacious,for the price its great value,very central in town,only problem is parking,but we paid the $25 for secure parking onsite,which i think is fare for secure lock up parking,recommended by me "

"Very friendly staff on checking in and out, we left behind a couple of things, we got a csll straight away and they kept them till we could collect afew days later. Nice meal at a local bar only 5 mins walk called The Helm "

"Very nice clean room had everything we needed and very comfortable. Bathroom floor was very slippery/dangerous after being covered in condensation after using the shower as fan is not strong enough. "
