"Owner (Alfonso) canceled our accomodation about 10 minutes before we arrived. Prior to arriving, we asked whether it was possible to arrive at 10pm (it says check-out was until 8:30pm but requests could be made). Alfonso said this would cost €120 extra. "The hotel was clean and easy to access. However, it was supposed to include breakfast and A/C. Even though the A/C was set to 16 degrees, the room was steamy hot. We could not find breakfast and the hotel would not return our phone calls; we even left the messages in Italian. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel, as the accommodations are misleading and the service was terrible. "

"B&B was in a great location with easy access to all attractions. Easy check in. The 2 most important things for me not matter where I’m staying are a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Both were fantastic. The room was very spacious. Fulvio was on hand. I was really pleased to see that there was a map of the city available. Lovely City. I recommend a visit. 😊"

"I just can’t fault the accommodation or the delightful hosts. The apartment is spacious, well-appointed and clean.
