"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. "The perfect stay in beautiful Pompei on our way home from Southern Italy. Stayed for 2 nights to visit the Ruins of Pompei and Vesuvius. Sonja and Alfonso were the perfect hosts and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during the entire stay. The suite was extremely clean. Very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a big hit with the kids after days spent exploring the region. Also of course the trampoline and the basketball hoops. Overall a perfect stay. Highly recommended."
