"The service at the desk and in the restaurants was superb"

"Despite the negative comments we’ve read, the room was immaculate. So clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was also quiet, it had a very comfortable bed plus a huge TV and a spotless bathroom. The complimentary buffet breakfast again was impressive with a lot of choice for a quick feed at 5am The bonus of course was being metres away from the North Terminal check-in zone, and with EasyJet’s Twighlight bag drop so close, it made the start of our holiday so much more relaxed. Will definitely come here again. "

"This Property is amazing if you are flying from Gatwick airport, the airpot shuttle comes outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and had amazing one night sleep. If you are going to be dropped by someone at the hotel they get guest 15 mins free parking. "

"The stay has been amazing, we haven’t found fault in anything. The food has been great and service throughout the hotel exceptional. The surrounds are beautiful and relaxing. The only thing I will mention about the spa towels were left on chairs all around with no one using them, this made seating very limited. "

"Easy late check in, easy checkout. Gave me the options to head into town [about 10 min walking]. Quick uber drive to the airport. Airport to hotel was 25pounds and leaving was 12pounds. I needed 1 night to sleep. Small room but was all i needed. Bed could have been a bit comfier. Honestly, i needed a clean, cozy, safe, quick place and i was very pleased. I'd stay here again"

"Quick overnight between flights. Slight problem at check in as the computer went down but we were immediately given a free drinks voucher and led to the bar to wait, then once sorted, the key was brought to us. Room absolutely perfect - a king sized bed and 2 singles. Included breakfast was great, and given the price we paid for the room, it was a real bargain. Would 100% recommend. Shuttle bus to/from airport was handy, and cost £5 pp each way."
