"The hotel was great, the lake view beautiful, friendly staff, nice included breakfast. Dog friendly (we had our two fur babies with us). The only complaint was that being a vegan there were no vegan options on the menu. They did try to accommodate me with a pasta dish but it wasn’t good at all though I appreciated the effort. The restaurant and drink prices are quite high but Switzerland is expensive. You need a car for that location. All in all a nice stay. "

"Located right on Lake Luzern with gorgeous views of the mountains and the city. Despite not being in the city, very easy to get to by bus, which came every 15 minutes. There was no need to rent a car or take a taxi (which are expensive in Luzern). Hotel staff very friendly, especially Mar who helped us with the check in.
