"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "

"No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though. "

"Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know. "
