"My partner and I have just left this hotel from a two week stay exploring the old town, and honestly we were really sad to leave! Overall, the hotel is a wonderful gem. It is very close to the port so if you wanted to hop on a ferry and go over to Helsinki, then it’s perfectly located. It is also very close to the old town, only a 10 minute walk if that, so perfect if you are wanting to explore that area. It’s quite modern and very clean. The spa and pool area were excellent and the poolside bar went down a treat! Breakfast was plentiful and there was decent variety. We didn’t have lunch or an evening meal in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The room was compact but clean, the decor was very abstract but very pleasant! There is a mini bar in the room but again, we did not use that. My only criticism would be the towels, you get a robe and some slippers in your room to use in the spa, but the towels are very small, and I’m not a particularly large person but I couldn’t get the towel over my head after washing my hair! It would be better if they were larger and thicker as they are quite thin and flimsy. We are thinking of coming back next year, and this would be our first choice of hotel for sure!"

"Very quaint older hotel. Lived the history behind the building. Breakfast was very good. The location was good for exploring the Old Town. Loved the place!"
