"It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. We managed to find a phone number on an e-mail we had and the guy we spoke to was so lovely, he gave us the code to get inside the building and helped us check-in. I...

"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend was terrified by that experience, stay away from this place, we wanted to save money as you may if this hotel shows up on your list but its not worh it "
