"We had to provide own toilet paper , Paper Towels , Towels , Wash cloths and pay for linen.There was no internet nor a hot tub on site.The area did not have snow this year so the town closed down around 630.It was a great location and perfect for a family of 3 no more than that"

"Jean-Marie was an excellent host, how was extremely accommodating, and helpful during our stay. The house itself was amazing, with the most beautiful view of lake Geneva and the town of Montreaux. Everything about this trip was amazing and my family and i had an excellent time."

"The positives first. The house was warm and offered enough space for 10 of us to sleep. We arrived at the holiday home and the stairs were frozen with ice without road salt. The floors and bathrooms in the house had been cleaned. In the kitchen the oven, toaster and microwave were not clean and neither were some of the cooking utensils. "We spent five relaxing nights in this hidden gem in the very well located Rossinier. In the house it felt like we were a million miles away with sensational views of the valley below, while we were in fact just a short distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very well appointed and easily accommodated our family of 10. We will most definitely return and recommend this chalet to others. The hosts were very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had."

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
