"Great holiday and a perfect apartment for our family! Spacious and clean and a really handy parking spot underneath which you would need definitely in the height of the season! Our host Joseph was also top class met us to see us in and overall would recommend this place to any families as there is something for everyone, long beach, restaurants and bars galore and a nice near town with lots of shopping options too! We will be back!!"

"We loved the location and the view from the balcony and having the sun on the balcony from first light to about 1 pm. It was quite quiet and ideally positioned fro the beach, shops and restaurants. Having parking 9on site was a blessing and what we needed in an area where parking is at a premium. Xavier was most helpful throughot the booking process and whilst in the apartment. Thanks"

"We were met by a very friendly lady who was both helpful and engaging throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well supplied for self catering. A nice quiet area of town 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Only negative comment was the pool was not opened until a week after our stay, As you can see by the initial photo this is rather a selling point for the property? perhaps I should have read the small print? Would stay there again though. Best wishes. Richard Amey"

"Leider war der Abfluss am Waschbecken verstopft. Das ist immer ein schlechter Start in die Ferien. Man kann sich nur unzureichend waschen oder die Zähne putzen. Aber sonst war das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Handtücher und Leintücher waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden."

"Great location overlooking the beach and Marina. We were there during a festival with a spectacular view of the fireworks from the terrace. Whilst the property is a little tired it was accurately described, comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and a dog. On the whole quite well equipped, could do with new cutlery and mugs, and mattresses a bit saggy, but we really enjoyed our stay and i would stay again."

"A notre arrivée, le sol était glissant, nous avons faillit tomber. La table du salon était tellement collante qu’en posant mon sac à main le cuir de celui-ci est resté collé quand j’ai voulu le prendre. Une vieille table avec un tissu collé dessus trônait au milieu du salon. Le rideau du salon était à moitié décroché. "El alojamiento en sí bastante bien. Los armarios eran pequeños pero para estar una semana ya nos sirve. Lo único malo de este alojamiento, a parte de la cantidad de mosquitos, no son los 75 escalones para ir del parking al apartamento, sino la calidad de estos escalones, de esos con tierra y el borde de piedra y luego unos más altos que otros. Estaría bien que restauraran esos escalones. Por lo demás todo muy bien, un sitio tranquilo, donde la gente baja a los perros a la playa por la mañana...

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à Rosas. Cet appartement est très agréable, spacieux et propre. Il est très bien placé, très proche du centre ville. Tout le confort nécessaire, la clim surtout l'été c'est top. Il manque toutefois des tables de nuits, des étagères dans la salle de bain. Cela aurait été pratique."

"The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there."
