"Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"The property was very clean, updated and very walkable. We like to walk everywhere and this was perfect. We were on top floor and there was a great balcony on that level. Very nice place to stay. We loved our time here and used it to travel around the area. Nice and quiet to come home to this property. "

"Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! Be prepared to walk uphill on old Roman streets, some cobblestone. The local residents were all friendly and helpful, especially the Town Hall staff helping us with geneology questions. This is the real Italy!!"

"We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa again ourselves."
