"We enjoyed the house, it was roomy and pretty clean. I would suggest that housekeeping uses unscented soaps and dryer sheets when washing sheets & towels. I am highly sensitive to scents and had a hard time however I brought my own sheets and even though I used my own sheets the scent was still there probably from the mattress cover. "Checkin was smooth with no issues - we actually never needed to contact the host as the house was clean and everything was functioning properly. There are some other properties close by but everything was quiet as could be. The river flowing just steps away from the house is super peaceful and the wooded area across the river provided for some nice views of the wildlife. It was too cold to enjoy much of the outside in December, but the patio and firepit area would be great in some warmer...

The spacing was good, it was very clean, lots of little extras that we all appreciated, easy/quick to check in, everything we needed was included, the property manager communicated with us. It was just a tad farther from our family reunion location but still a good location. "
