"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. "

"We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."

"Stayed here for 6 days while our son played at ASV this summer. The location was perfect. 8 min from the fields, a walk into Oneonta for coffee and restaurants, close to several markets. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided all we needed for our stay. The owner was reachable and responded quickly to a minor issue we had with the television. All in all, a great stsy. "

"The apartment was safe and clean. Check in and check out process was simple. Everything worked and I was so grateful to have laundry and good A/C. I had some trouble with the Internet being reliable but I didn’t ask the owner for help. I put 4 stars as the beds were not comfortable and the place was a bit musty due to the humidity, although running the A/C helped a bit. "
