"We loved this house! Everything was spotless, the linens nice, and the beds comfy. The house was well stocked with all the lights and drawers labeled, something I've never seen and really appreciated. The layout of the house was wonderful, my kids loved the foosball table. The location is very quiet and perfect for our family. We rode bikes to a sweet coffee shop and to the beach, and enjoyed the easy access to the Fort to Sea trail. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next...

"Beautiful home with everything you need to have the perfect stay in Astoria. Amy is an incredible host and ensures you are perfectly welcomed into her home. The view from just about every window of this home has incredible views of the water, the big ships coming and going, along with the amazing sky lit up at night as the sun sets. You can also see the Goonies house and the school from Kindergarden Cop right outside the windows. We enjoyed the stay comfortably with 6 people, and a 7th joined us...

Tons of things for all ages, indoor and outdoor games, toys, hammocks, amazing hot tub.Will absolutely rent again when we come to Long Beach. Location is close to the beach and town. "With three bedrooms and 6 total beds, there is plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near an awesome bakery. The house is stocked with everything you need (except there was no soap for the shower-bring your own). Everything was great from check in to check out, however, the Cadet heating units in the main living room didn't work. the bedrooms were fine, and we weren't in the house except to sleep, so it didn't matter much. "The title says it all! There is so much space, and the floorplan divides it very nicely. We had two whole families (4 adults 7 kids) sharing this accommodation with room to spare. The kitchen was well-equipped, with ample room for cooking while others socialized around the bar. "Property had lots to offer, sauna, spa, dock. Owner did not know inventory of gear on property. Specifically we asked if they had a crab pot for soaking overnight, they said no but indeed they had one after we had to pack our own and bring. There was a mouse in the laundry room. Location not ideal, tucked way into the community, quite a drive off the freeway so took significant time to get to a grocery store. Lots of confusion at check out. Charged us extra for cleaning for basic things...
