"The Tiny House is charming and stocked with everything one needs. The bathroom is very large and the shower is AWESOME. I love that this property is 1 block from the Astoria River Walk; no need to use my car as everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. "

"We stayed in Serendipity. It was large, nice area to work from. Kitchen is large, well stocked. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Close to everything, easy to walk. "

"We had a wonderful time and loved the quick access to the beach. Place was very clean and pleasant to head back to after a day of fun. "

"This is a very special place. Wooden platforms to sit and enjoy the calming stream that flows along the property. Has a variety of accommodations from small, cozy A-frames to a large, impressively decorated cottage. We and our two miniature schnauzers thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, had all amenities listed and we were comfortable during our stay."

"The cottage was a little small for three adults a big dog and 2 chaotic kids, but we had a great time. The gardens are beautiful and well kept, there is a little swing set that we used nearly every day, and it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach."

"Cute cottage. They had everything we needed. My teenage son slept on the hide a bed and it was comfortable. It had a memory foam mattress on it. We brought a blow up twin w/us as usually hide a beds aren’t comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised we didn’t need to set up the twin! Would definitely stay again!!!"

"unit was clean and quiet. In dire need of repairs and update. The carpet was beyond worn, as was the living room furniture. The recliner and mattress on the futon sofa need to go to the garbage dump. I felt it was over-priced."

"This place was great. Very clean and neat. It was beyond my expectations. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked, from dishes, cookware to laundry soap and dishwasher tabs. All you need to bring is food and your personal things. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families! "
